Notice on National Day Holiday Arrangements for 2025

On the occasion of the upcoming 76th National Day of the People's Republic of China, all staff of Topteng Technology would like to extend our most sincere greetings and best wishes to you! We greatly appreciate your long-term trust and strong support.

According to the national statutory holiday arrangements and our company's specific situation, we hereby inform you of our holiday schedule for the 2025 National Day as follows:

I. Holiday Period

The holiday will be from Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, to Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, totaling 8 days.

Please note that we will work as usual on Sunday, September 29th, 2024, and Saturday, October 12th, 2024.

II. Business Arrangements

Our office will be closed during the holiday. To ensure the smooth progress of your business, please note the following arrangements:

1. Order Processing: Orders received during the holiday will be processed in sequence starting from the first working day after the holiday (October 9th, 2025).

2. Business Inquiries: For urgent matters, you can still contact us via email ( sales@toptengplc.com ). We will check emails periodically and respond promptly. Responses to non-urgent inquiries may be slightly delayed, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Logistics Arrangements: Please be aware that shipping delays may occur with some domestic and international logistics channels due to the holiday. We advise you to plan your inventory and shipping schedules accordingly. Our staff will continue to monitor the status of shipped orders.

After the holiday, we will resume normal operations promptly and continue to provide you with high-quality products and services.
