Description
VM600-ABE042 (Model 204-042-000-011) is a 19-inch 6U standard chassis specifically designed for rotating equipment monitoring systems. It features an integrated VME backplane and is used to uniformly install monitoring processing cards, communication controllers, relay modules, and power units, enabling power supply and signal bus intercommunication among various vibration, speed, and temperature acquisition cards. It is widely used in power plants, petrochemicals, and oil and gas industries for equipment condition monitoring and safety protection complete sets of equipment.
The chassis adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy one-piece molding structure, supports dual power supply redundancy installation, and can accommodate up to 12 sets of monitoring cards. The rear part is equipped with a power supply detection relay, which provides real-time feedback on the power supply operation status. It is compatible with standard industrial cabinets for embedded installation, and the backplane integrates multiple dedicated signal buses, allowing for the mixed installation of equipment protection and online condition monitoring hardware. The wide-temperature body structure is suitable for complex working conditions with multiple dust and electromagnetic interference in the field, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the entire monitoring system.
