Description

CA202 (Material Number 144-202-000-126) is an industrial high-temperature piezoelectric acceleration sensor. It relies on the output of charge signals from the shear-type piezoelectric sensing element and is specifically designed for long-term continuous vibration collection of large rotating machinery. It is accompanied by a signal conditioner to complete the signal conversion and then connected to the unit condition monitoring system.

This model supports stable operation within an extremely wide temperature range of -55°C to 260°C. It features an integrated stainless steel armored cable with sealing protection, which is resistant to high temperatures, oil, and dust interference. It is suitable for high-heat power equipment such as gas turbines and steam turbines, and can accurately capture the subtle vibration changes of bearings and cylinder bodies, enabling early detection of equipment failure hazards.
