Description

IS210TREAS1A is an upgraded trip terminal board for the GE Mark VIeS safety turbine control system. It is compatible with the IS220YPROS1A safety protection I/O module and is used in conjunction with the WREAS sub-card. It specifically handles on-site hard-wired signals such as speed probes, external emergency stops, and trip circuits for aircraft-replacement gas turbines, collecting and isolating the signals, and transmitting them to the safety computing module to achieve the logic judgment for stopping the machine.

The board adopts an industrial surface-mount circuit and a plug-in terminal structure, integrating multiple pulse acquisition, DC circuit monitoring, and three-out-of-two trip output channels. It has a built-in line break diagnosis function and is compatible with control cabinets in harsh conditions such as explosion-proof chemical plants and power stations. It has a wide temperature range and anti-interference design, and the wiring is simple and convenient, facilitating on-site maintenance and troubleshooting.
