  Remove & insert Under Power: Standard, modules are automatically sensed and configured upon insertion. field power should be disconnected before removing field terminal blocks.

  LED channel State lndicators: Located via light pipes at the front ofthe module. Each digital l/0 point has a state LED - green indicates ON, logic

side.

  LED Module Status indicator: Via light pipe, one per module. Tri-color LED represents module status:

    Green: OK

    Red:Fault(number offashes indicates fault)

    Amber: Override (Force)

I/0 Labels: Color-coded labels on the module door, removable, with a write-on area for labeling 1/0.

Processor: Micro-controller per module for parallel processing.0

Terminal Boards:

  20 Screw: Barrier or Euro style, tin-plated or gold-plated (for DC connections).

  36 Screw: Euro style, gold plated (Required with certain higher capacity modules).

Keying: Hardware keying ensures each module matches its terminal block and field wiring.
