Description

IQS900 (Model 204-900-000-011 A5-B22-C1-H05-I1) is a dedicated signal conditioning unit for the eddy current sensors of the rotating equipment monitoring system. It is compatible with a series of non-contact displacement probes and is used to complete the modulation and demodulation processing of high-frequency signals, converting the shaft relative vibration and shaft clearance displacement signals collected by the probes into standard current or voltage analog quantities, which are then transmitted to the rear monitoring cabinet. It is widely used in equipment protection and precise fault diagnosis scenarios of large-scale units such as steam turbines, compressors, and fans.

This conditioner can be customized at the factory for sensitivity, measurement range, and total cable length, covering a wide frequency measurement range from DC to 20kHz. It supports stable transmission over long cables. This model has a complete line diagnosis function, complies with SIL2 functional safety standards, has explosion-proof certification suitable for flammable and explosive working conditions, is equipped with native test interfaces for on-site calibration, fully follows API 670 industry standards, and can directly replace old signal conditioning equipment without the need to modify the on-site wiring.
