Description

KJ3221X1-BA1 (Material Number 12P2531X112) is the second-generation HART redundant 8-channel analog output module of Emerson DeltaV DCS system. It belongs to the standard IO hardware of the system and is responsible for converting the digital signals from the controller into 4-20mA standard analog signals for output to on-site valves, actuators and other equipment.

The module integrates HART communication function, supports remote reading of instrument parameters and online configuration, has channel independent short-circuit and open-circuit protection, supports redundant pairing operation, and has a wide temperature industrial design suitable for continuous process production line control cabinets in industries such as chemical, oil and gas, and power, ensuring the stability and controllability of the regulation loop.
